Osteoblast Training is a form of exercise that is specifically designed to strengthen bones rather than strength muscle. The sole purpose of this type of training is to reduce/prevent Osteoporosis and increase bone mineral density. Osteoporosis may result in fractures of bones in many areas of the body but mainly in areas such as the hips, spine, and wrists. By choosing the correct forms of exercise and using the correct variables your Bone Health Specialist can increase your T-Scores, reduce Osteoporosis, and Increase bone mineral density while creating better quality of life for your future. For any improvements to be seen in your T-Scores or bone mineral density Physical Industry Training requires a minimum of 2 days a week for at least 6 months.
