Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

If youre serious about getting leaner or staying lean you have to incorporate 4 to 6 servings over fruits and vegetables daily. Add vegetables to your breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. Add this to your daily active routine and you cant go wrong.

Check out some of these minor adjustments that make a major impact. The difference from each picture is that in one picture the core is not engaged versus the other which you can noticeably see a straight spine and less of a forward lean. Over time this will be a simple movement to complete as his muscles remeber how they're suppose to work. Adaptions are very interesting!
