Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

Even though its not extremely hot outside in most parts of the country, staying hydrated should still be a top priority. Optimal hydration means your core temperature is better regulated, blood volume is improved allowing for better uptake and transportation of nutrients, improved blood flow to your skin, improved muscular performance, and aids in overall fat burn.

Everyone knows water is important but having a good balance of electrolytes can be key to holding vitamins and minerals that aid in a variety of bodily functions regarding life and performance.

An easy, all natural way is to start with blending up your favorite fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and adding a bit of salt, all this can give you a good tasting healthy drink, benefits your immune system, aids in digestion, and improves performance.

Here's how we get ready for a day's worth of skiing:

100 body weight squats
100 bird dogs
100 floor cobras
100 flutter kicks
100 mountain climbers
5 min of plank rolling

Finish with a good long static stretch.
All in front of a nice fireplace gets the body temperature up, muscles limber, and the sweat rolling.

No weights no problem, just think outside the box.
