Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

Becca Schoonover eh???

Ryan Lechien is a privateer, works during the week and races at a high level during the weekends. This weekend at High Point, Ryan was looking for improvements from last year. Mother nature made things interesting with rain, heat, and deep conditions but Ryan tried his heart out, making it to the LCQ but having mechanical issues not allowing him to get the most out of his bike.

Taking away alot of positives from the weekend and some of the key performance markers we look at daily for improved strength and endurance is morning resting heart rate, morning and evening body weight, calorie and fluid intake, soft tissue maintenance, and other assessments done in the gym.

Put it all together and you'll take away the guess work that comes along with any sport, stop guessing and gain confidence.

On to the next one!

We are coming back around to that time of year again. In preparation for the Bavarian fall festival once more. Coach Tom will be back attempting 2000 pull-ups in 5 hours to raise money for education in Tanzania and east Africa. Last year we came up just shy of our 2000 rep goal with a total of 1874. All in all we raised almost $10,000. We are hoping to smash the 2000 reps this year.

For any individuals or local businesses interested in donating 5c, 10c, 25c or 50c per rep completed during the 5 hour attempt at the festival in September, we will be offering a spot on our banner all weekend long. Contact us at physicalindustrytraining@gmail.com for more information.
100% of the funds go directly to education and construction of our new school - Matolo & Lavella Visionary Leadership Academy in Tanzania.
Thankyou everyone for the support thus far. ♥️ 🇹🇿 🇺🇸
