Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

We don't just train inside, we take it outside to. Hell of a grind to finish out the week.
Check out some of these stats from this 34 mile ride, 3 hours and 40 minutes, just over 4000 ft of climbing.
Starting weight was 176.6lb, ending weight 170.6. Even with taking in about 80g of carbs an hour, over 60 ounces of water with sodium and electrolytes, and the weather is cooler, so it was surprising to see that much weight loss, but its important to know that this is all fluid loss, and needs to be replenished throughout the night. So to know when you're rehydrated it means that your body weight is back to what you started at, in this case 176.
