Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

We've got a total of 13 meals on our PIT POWER MEAL selection, and you can't go wrong with these choices. We all have an extremely busy lifestyle, but if you can one part of that busy day healthier, why not take it? These meals are great for on the go, or not, if you're home but haven't had time to cook, or just don't want to, grab a power meal!

Kia Vrobel made his way from the gym to Colorado this weekend to compete for his spot in the National RailJam and Slopestyle class. He's been working hard with Coach Tom at the gym and excited to see his hard work pay off!

USASA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - Kai is in jersey #793 and will be competing in RailJam tomorrow in Group 3 (11-14 Boys) and Slopestyle on Monday in the Menehune Boys Class. I will post the live feeds when available for anyone who wants to watch. The live feeds can also be found on YouTube.
