Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

Lunch today is chicken breast, scallops, salmon, butternut squash, and blend of supergreens with aloe vera juice with prebiotic and probiotics. Training this afternoon and eating a meal now at 12:30 with a smaller fruit and nut blend around 2 and this will lead up to a consistent energy level for a training session in the gym or outside.
Ava does a good job making sure I eat everything, she's a great eating coach.

A new goal for a lifetime is to cut out my microwave use. I'm done, literally nuking away nutrients, taste, and life of my food just doesn't make sense. Its a convenient tool for everyday life but not a nessesity for everyday life.

Heres a thought for coming into the week:
Reducing a barrier that keeps you from exercising. This barrier being time.

Time is one of the most used reasons or excuses for not exercising. If your struggling with finding time to exercise, keep 3 day log of everything you do throughout your day. Taking a closer, detailed look at your day or days will help you find time for exercise. Being aware of how much time you spend on certain tasks or free time throughout the day will shed light on how and where to cut back on certain activities and allow a 60 minute period for exercise.
