Welcome To Physical Industry Training!

Coach Nick and Coach Tom are your trainers at Physical Industry Training. The main purpose for P.I.T. is to guide athletes and individuals to be the most functional and healthy human you can be. We want to also show you how to get the most. Each person has a specific goal, accomplishment, or feeling they want to experience, and when that is accomplished it feeds the cycle of motivation.

One of the most frequent reasons we hear for not exercising daily is time. To help you dial in the best time, we can. Help you break down your schedule and identify the best time or times for you to exercise. You may think you have a lack of time but truth is, we're just choosing not to give ourselves time for exercise. One tip is to start a journal or daily log of some areas where you do have free time, and then seeing in front of you may help with setting a daily time to exercise.

You can also join one of our many groups that are set at a specific time each week. The hour flies by and before you know it your moving on with the rest of your day.

Personal training is another option but spots are becoming limited! If youd like to get a personal training spot for the rest of the summer, get in touch with us asap to reserve your days and times for training.

We know everyone is interested and excited to hear about our weekend here in Vegas. We just wanna start by saying thankyou to everyone for the continued support all year long. It’s very appreciated.

Gianna and her team (power and grace performance) secured the top spot and won gold in the national team championship!! Was amazing to see these girls lift and do what they do best.

For Gianna she had a really good day. The snatch portion of the event she was able to hit 56kg for her first lift. And then came out for 61 on her second attempt and absolutely crushed that lift...it was beautiful. The third attempt for us was all or nothing. We put 65kg on the bar and unfortunately she narrowly missed it.

During the clean and jerk she came out with a 66kg lift on her first attempt. On attempt number 2 she attempted 71kg and the bar unfortunately cut off her air/breathing while standing up and fainted. After a brief medical evaluation she was okay, shook it off and came back out for attempt 3 which was a no lift as well.
She totaled 127kg for the day. Which ended up putting her 10th in the snatch. And 14th overall for the day. It may not have been exactly the turnout we were looking for but it was so much fun, Gianna learned a lot, we are super proud of her and her constant hard work all year long and being so dedicated to this one single goal.

This weekend was an eye opener, in more ways than one.
All of us here at PIT are positive she will be coming home with that gold medal next year. Because now, after a short break it’s right back to work!!
Gianna has a fire lit under her now. And we are coming for that top spot in 364 more days😎
