Train Together.
Still Get Coached.
Group training at P.I.T. is built around shared energy without turning people into copies of one another. The room can train together while the coach adjusts movements, loading, pace, and expectations to fit the person doing the work.
One Room.
Different Starting Points.
The value of group training is not simply having other people around you. It is having a coach present to teach the session, watch movement, answer questions, and change the work when an exercise, load, or pace does not fit.
Training does not have to look identical every day. Sessions can move through strength, conditioning, movement, and other priorities.
Movements can be progressed or regressed based on experience, ability, and what the coach sees in the room.
Form, setup, equipment use, and adjustments happen with real coaching instead of leaving people to figure it out alone.
Shared Energy.
Individual Decisions.
The best group environment gives people momentum from the room without sacrificing the ability to coach the individual. Newer clients can learn beside experienced members, older adults can work beside younger athletes, and the goal remains the same: make the session fit the person.
Meet the Person There.
A shared workout does not require identical execution. Coaches can change range of motion, resistance, exercise choice, or pace when needed.
Learn While You Train.
Questions, technique, and equipment use are part of the coaching process.
Keep Moving Forward.
As capacity improves, the work can progress with it instead of staying frozen at one level.
Structure Without
Autopilot.
Every training day can have a different emphasis, but the experience stays coached and organized from the moment you enter the room.
Arrive + Get Ready
Get settled, understand the day, and prepare to move rather than walking in cold.
Coach Brief
The coach explains the training focus, movement expectations, and important details before the work starts.
Train
Work through the session with the energy of the group and the coach actively watching what is happening.
Adjust
Load, range, movement, or pace can change when the person in front of the coach needs something different.
Finish With Direction
Leave knowing what you accomplished instead of simply knowing that the workout was hard.

Bring Your Effort.
We’ll Coach the Rest.
You do not need to be experienced enough, fast enough, or strong enough before you walk in. The point of coaching is to help the training fit where you are now and move forward from there.
